To confirm your reservation we ask a deposit of 20% of the total, to be made by postal order, check or bank transfer the coordinates of which will be announced in the next email. Alternatively you can send us your credit card [number, expiration date, holder] via fax. Upon receipt of the deposit, we will contact you specifying the amount has come down. The balance will be paid at the end of your stay. When booking by credit card will not be made without charges, the data of your credit card will be retained only as a guarantee of your stay. Only in case of no show you will be charged an amount equal to 20% of the total due. In case of cancellation up to 12 days before your arrival, you will be refunded the full amount paid by you. In case of cancellation from 12 days to one day prior to your arrival, we will retain the full amount paid by you.
