Ottimo, per qualità/prezzo. Zona silenziosa di Mestre e vicino a tutto, si può parcheggiare dentro il cortile incluso nel prezzo, c'è il tram per Venezia Laguna dietro l'hotel, è al centro, ci sono i negozi.
