At the restaurant "Il vecchio frantoio" (The old mill), so named because for the presence within it of a crusher on XIX century, you can enjoy PDO and PGI products of typical local tradition, the miskiglio (pasta with bean curd, chickpeas and oats), the cruski peppers, the podolica (veal grazing typical of the Pollino National Park), cheese matured in caves.
