Mira is the diminutive of Palmira, the name of the grandmother of Peter and Max, the current owners of the hotel restaurant.
In 1943, during a terrible bombardment, the inn was completely destroyed and, it was rebuilt in 1945, giving it comfortable rooms with bathroom and all amenities.
