Affittacamere freddo e inospitale degli anni '70 / '80. Rumorosissimo, dà direttamente sulle due strade. Le camere non sono insonorizzate quindi è difficile riposare. Inoltre non ha spazi esterni, bensì un piccolissimo giardino mal tenuto e sporco.
