The accommodation, converted from a noble country house built in the nineteenth and the twentieth century, adapted appropriately, located in an elevated position, two hundred meters from the central square of Sarnano, 5 minutes walk. The environment that surrounds it, the tranquility of the surrounding rural areas, allowing a stay on a human scale. There are special conditions, for social groups, especially during the low season. It is directly connected with the thermal baths of St James, with the ski resorts of Sassotetto and Mary Magdalene and the National Park of Monti Sibillini located in the municipality area. RESTAURANT LA VILLA We have two lovely dining rooms, one for 70 people and one for 30 seats. The cuisine is traditional Marche enriched by experiences acquired and handed down through generations, characterized by typical, traditional, and others with simple, natural ingredients. To enhance the pleasure of the meal we have a 'careful selection of wines and Italian Marches. In addition to the menu you can choose at the time a la carte or on your reservation, every day we recommend a menu with the best ingredients of the moment. We prepare many tasty recipes made during our long experience as: Pappardelle with duck, ravioli with ricotta and spinach, crepes with truffles, puff pastry with mushrooms, cheese rosettes into a bed of spinach, noodles, tortellini, and dumplings homemade, tortellini, beef fillet with green pepper, turkey breast with ham and marsala, rabbit in the pan, roulade of lamb with aromatic herbs, steaks lamb, chops, roast suckling pig, stuffed pigeon, chicken, grilled vegetables, roasted radicchio, and many others.
