Hotel Palladio

Located on the waterfront in the historic center, opposite the beach, The Hotel Palladio is a small family run hotel obtained with the renovation of a large house of the early twentieth century: we have added many new comforts but we wanted to preserve furniture and atmosphere of its past.

The rooms are different in color and decoration, with balcony, double glazed windows, individually adjustable air conditioning and heating, television, internet, direct dial telephone.

In front of the hotel there are a free beach, two lidos, and the bus that within 10 minutes lead you in the center of Taormina (run every 20 minutes), in the same place there are private bus that offer daily guided tours in several languages (which you can book the hotel) for all the major resorts of Sicily: Etna, the Alcantara gorges, Siracusa, Agrigento, Palermo, Monreale, Piazza Armerina, Caltagirone, Sicily.

The hotel has an elevator, a free internet point, a lounge with a library and a veranda overlooking the sea where breakfast is served.

For breakfast we offer in local food: homemade Sicilian sweets, meats and cheeses, several types of jams of organic citrus and fruit, handmade products of farms that cultivate the land confiscated from the mafia, fruit, yogurt, different types of bread, croissants.

Tea, coffee, chocolate and muesli come from fair trade.

From April to September, on the terrace on the fourth floor, our bar is open, here we serve our specialties and in the evening appetizer buffet, arancini and other our recipes, Sicilian wines and cocktails made with freshly squeezed tangerines, blood oranges, almond milk and fresh fruit.

From April to September our restaurant is opened. Our cuisine offers only fresh fish and typical of our area: we cook traditional dishes reinterpreted to make them lighter using ancient recipes of Sicilian and Arabic.
