Historical notes

Originally it belonged to noble families such as the Principles of Sanseverino and finally to the Barons and Bellelli Demarco. The family Buffardi-Nice, the current owner, decided to revive this building and its restored chapel, which still preserves its frescoes, evidence of a historic past. The palace is located in the center of Capaccio, an old hamlet that in ancient times it was called St. Peter's Village.
