It is a recently restructured building that is located 2 km from the 2 beautiful lakes of Fusine in Valromana in the municipality of Tarvisio, the 3 confines of ITA-AUS-SLO, just a few steps from the ALPE ADRIA bicycle route connecting the three states and Famous ski resorts of TARVISIO and KRANJSKA GORA (Slovenia) Ideal location for winter and summer tourism lovers for the countless hiking and renowned cross country skiing, downhill and skiing slopes that host World Cup races.
The farmhouse consists of 2 independent but adjacent buildings: - the first consists of 3 double bedrooms with bathroom, with the possibility of adding the 3rd bed with overnight service and a breakfast developed on 150 square meters; - The second body consists of a 70 sqm apartment composed of 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, living room and bathroom with an optimum capacity of 4 persons.
The structure is realized by trying to create an intimate and familiar environment, respecting the constructive typologies handed down for generations by our craftsmen, using wood that grows in our valley and respecting nature with the use of natural raw materials such as wood, exploiting the Waste of heating processes.
The wooden floor and tile is heated a pleasure to walk on while out of snow.
